Ok, I finally wanted to play Fable again, so I dug up my classic CD
I have been looking for solutions to my questions and problems over the past couple of days, I have found many threads about problems with this game, very similar to mine. I’ve managed to re-install a remote and configured Fable a few times, but that shouldn’t fix the problem, and the most amazing thing is that it was working fine a few months ago.
In the firstThe second time I run it after a clean clean install, it works without the safe mode window popping up. But then it crashes at 1/4 2/3 – it is affected by the loading screen when I try to open a new account or open a 4 month old save file. The vehicle crash window is a C++ runtime type error.
I would say that every second attempt to launch the game affects the same crap after the first time, although a window pops up for a while with the options “run with a safe strategy or continue anyway”, nothing changes when I start in a safe mode.
– Tried to rename msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll to msvcr71.dll.bup with msvcp71.dll.bup (some said it was his copy job)
-Try additionally changing “UsePhysicalDVD” to FALSE instead of TRUE in “userst.ini” in the fairy tale folder “RunFromDVD”
-I tried to install AMD Dual Core Optimizer, although I have no idea what it is.
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) Sixty-Four X2 Dual Processor Core 4800+, Socket AM2 (940), frequency = 2511.5 MHz
Since you already have the disc, the No CD patch will be found.

, this should allow your business to continue to run the application online without physically using the data on the disk, and downloading all the necessary files from the hard disk is slower than downloading from disk, and skip starting every time it is corrupted. The file from our own disk.< /p>
If you’re still having a problem with a dangerous file on your drive and re-installing doesn’t fix it, there might be something wrong with the file for some reason.
Simply because people have had this problem for years and therefore no one has found a solution for them and Microsoft also doesn’t tell people about it because these suggested fixes don’t work most of the time. I am curious when you will have to figure out the essence of the matter once and for all.
Have you tried changing the mode compatibility if you are also using it?
Find information about the fable.exe file in the basicsfolder
Go to Compatibility
Change it to Win 98/ME OK (try other versions if it doesn’t work now)
If none of these solutions work, I would recommend deleting and cleaning the registry in the free version

and reinstall it, and make sure all drivers are up to date.
Since you already have the DVD, it is likely that a patch without a CD will be found.
If the drive and required files are loaded from the hard drive instead of being loaded from the drive and time periods are entered at a time, this should allow you to continue the tour without physically using a corrupt data skip file from that drive. .
If you still have the problem, the file on your drive is probably corrupt, and if a functional reinstall doesn’t fix it, your file may have a drive-wide problem for some reason.
The only reason this suggests is because people have had this problem for years and no one has found an actual solution, andMicrosoft also doesn’t encourage people much because most of the suggested fixes don’t work in almost all cases.
